A Word About the American Truckers Legal Association

The American Truckers Legal Association was formed to help truckers fight against the way they were treated. The truckers hired lawyers to look over the laws in order to get them a bill of rights. The committee that was formed was full of prominent lawyers that fought for truckers all the way to the Supreme Court. From there, they were able to draw a bill of rights for truckers that all companies now must obey. It was a long 10 year process, but truckers today are much better off than they were 10 years ago. All of this was due to the American Truckers Legal Association.
